FCC Radio Testing Title 47 CFR Part 15 C
York EMC Services has added the testing of intentional radiators under Title 47 CFR part 15, subpart C, for accessing the American market, to its accredited FCC-listed testing schedule.
Starting in 2017, the聽Federal Communications Commission (FCC) mandated that the testing of intentional transmitters/radiators under Title 47 CFR (code of federal regulations) must be performed by an accredited facility and listed on the FCC website as a recognised testing laboratory.
Accredited facilities聽may be ones which are audited in their own right, or those audited by the regulatory agency in countries which have a mutual recognition agreement (MRA), such as the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) in the UK.
York EMC Services (YES) is pleased to announce that we have added Radio Products (equipment with intentional, wireless transmitters) which fall under FCC Title聽47听颁贵搁听part 15 subpart C, to our portfolio of accredited testing services and is listed as a recognised testing laboratory on the FCC website.

We offer FCC accredited testing to 47 CFR 15聽subpart B, unintentional radiators; and 47 颁贵搁听18,聽industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) equipment
