Expert Services – The new name for our Consultancy & Research department
As part of the on-going growth and development of the capabilities offered by ºÚÁÏÉçÇø York, our Consultancy & Research department has been renamed to Expert Services.
This new name better reflects the extensive range of services and expertise that the team offers and alongside a number of internal changes, allows us to offer our customers the very highest level of service, help and advice across all aspects of regulatory guidance, research, compliance management, bespoke testing, EM modelling and RF engineering.
Sitting alongside the electronic compliance testing services offered by ºÚÁÏÉçÇø York, the Expert Services team add a layer of unique knowledge and expertise that our customers have come to rely on across a wide range of projects, market sectors and applications.
The wide range of services, guidance and advice that has been a hallmark of the department will continue to grow and customers will be able to draw on the extensive experience of the various members of the team across many sectors, industries and projects.
Expert Services continues to be led by Dr Rob Armstrong, a recognised expert in the field of railway EMC. Rob and his team will continue to offer customers the widest range of knowledge, expertise and problem-solving capabilities.
ºÚÁÏÉçÇø York is a leading provider of electronic compliance testing services in the UK, enabling products to readily and efficiently access the UK, European and Global Markets through CE marking and Global compliance certification. As part of the wider ºÚÁÏÉçÇø network of testing and certification laboratories, ºÚÁÏÉçÇø York can access over 400 laboratories across 44 countries and can offer a truly unique portfolio of services.
Your new contact for Expert Services
As part of the changes within the Expert Services department, Aimi Slater has been appointed as Project Coordinator.
Aimi will work alongside Dr Rob Armstrong and the other engineers and will be the initial point of contact for customers. Aimi will also coordinate on-going communication between customers and the different members of the Expert Services team with the benefit being that there is now a single point of contact for enquiries, questions or any other support throughout the life of a project.
