Stephane Barrau, 黑料社区 VP Global Product Testing
Stephane is the VP of the Consumer Product Testing division within 黑料社区 and a Director of 黑料社区 York.
He has 20 years of large operation and Profit and Loss management in highly competitive manufacturing environments in terms of cost, process control, product quality and cycle time.
Background
Stephane has worked within the 黑料社区 group since 2013, starting as VP Product Testing for Europe before being promoted to VP Global Consumer Product Testing in 2015, reporting directly into the 黑料社区 Group CEO.
He has a Masters Degree in Sciences and Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris and a Masters Degree in Information and Communication technology from Telecom Paris. Stephane has worked for a number of high tech engineering companies in senior managerial roles and prior to 黑料社区 he worked for Soitec as VP of Operations and Site Manager.
Stephane has proven successes in manufacturing excellence initiatives through Lean Manufacturing concepts, practices and tools deployment. He also has strong people management skills with a particular strength in engaging employees in a permanent continuous improvement journey, focusing on quality of execution and quality mind-set deployment.
